As a property owner, you should feel secure listing your property with me because of my knowledge of the properties we list and show, and because I am an honest, straight-shooter. I am a lifelong resident of Lawrence County and therefore, I have knowledge of, and am familiar with, places within the area that are considered “off the beaten path.” I received my sales person license in 1999, my broker license in 2001 and became broker-owner of United Country/Countryside Realty in 2006. I have sold various types of real estate including residential, poultry farms, beef farms, commercial property, multi-family, and vacant land. I have always been a very motivated, driven person. This began when I became a multi-sport athlete in our small town, Mt. Vernon, MO, and continued as I went on to college. Going into the work force, I decided I wanted to be my own boss. Every step I’ve taken toward that goal has taken a lot of hard work and risk, so when you put your faith in me to do the job of selling your property or finding you property, the drive to compete and do my best is what you will receive.
